Return Policy

Battery Life Saver™ electronic device products

You may return all Battery Life Saver products purchased at GoodThings International Inc. within 60 days of the original delivery for a full refund minus the shipping cost paid (if product was purchased with Free Shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 2 weeks of receiving the returned item. This policy is only good for Battery Life Saver products.

All other Products

You may return all unopened items purchased at GoodThings International Inc. within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 20 percent.  No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 2 weeks of receiving the returned item.
