Our organization was founded in 1996 in Clearwater, Florida by Charles and Elyse Van Breemen. Chuck began his career as a truck driver until the age of 32.  During that time, he came up with his first invention the TarpGuard.  Under the G.I. Bill, Chuck then received his BSME from the University of Oregon.

In 2002 he created the technology behind the Battery Life Saver™ electronic device.  As a truck driver, he was tired of batteries failing when he needed them the most.  Dead and weak batteries are no fun. After years of improvements and distribution, the BLS is beginning to make its mark. The technology was awarded a US Patent in 2008. Battery users are now finding the alternative to replacing batteries every 3-5 years.  All BLS products are assembled and supported in the USA, in Clearwater, FL, and we intend to keep it that way!
