Return Policy For All Items Purchased

1) All returns must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

2) Please include a brief explanation of the problem.

3) Attach a copy of the invoice.

4) Return by UPS ground whenever possible. Ship freight prepaid - CODs not accepted.

5) After receiving the returned merchandise, we will determine the action to take from the information given and the terms and conditions of our return policy.

6) Condition of Returned Merchandise:

• All returned merchandise must be in new, unused & re-sellable condition, including accessories & documentation.
• Internal Manufacturer's packaging / boxes must be undamaged.
• Do not use manufacturer's box as a shipping carton.
• Put item in Manufacturer's box then place in a slightly larger box and pad in between the boxes so there is no movement.
• No items will be accepted for return which have been subjected to misuse, modified, soldered or altered.
