Article by our Founder Chuck Van Breeman...

How safe is the water we drink?

The quality of drinking water water is deteriorating in many areas of the country. This is a very real and growing problem. As the population increases wastage and pollution increase and the fresh pure clean drinking water supply decreases.

The result is more and more of our drinking water has to be treated with chemicals to prevent spread of disease and other unwanted factors. Unfortunately the water treatment and "purification" systems used by many cities become an environmental danger in themselves.

Concern about pure clean drinking water.

I first became concerned about the water I was drinking last year when the local municipal water company started putting chloramines in the water. (Chloramines kill fish and are considered dangerous to babies and older people). At the same time I started having burning in my stomach and my blood pressure went up.

That is when I started looking for a water filter that could protect me from the well meaning but misguided county water authority.

How can anyone believe that it is safe to drink water that that is not safe for babies, old people and that kills fish?

Water treatment?

Recently the county board, not content with just putting chloramines in the water, voted to put Fluoride in as well. Then I knew I had to get serious about a filter, purifier or some sort of water purification and filtration system. My wife, who writes for a local paper wrote a front page exposé about fluoride in the water. See also: The Fluoride Drinking Water Myth.

The right water filter purifier

I recently found what I was looking for and installed one in my house. The unique six stage water filter treatment system removes harmful compounds including Chloride, Fluoride, Chloramines and Arsenic but leaves the healthy minerals. The water tasted so good my wife and I could not wait to have another drink of water. We also found we were needing less water to quench our thirst.

Added benefits of this unique water purfication system

A very nice benefit about this water filtration system is that you do not have to change filters. Just back flush the filter every 30 days. And, unlike reverse osmosis it does not waste water. No water storage tank is needed and no waiting for it to fill. By the way reverse osmosis will not remove chloramines.

I like the this water filter so much I decided to make it available to my customers. Please visit our water pages and read my wife's article. I think you will decide you need one of these filters too!

Read about the six stage filter.
